NOS Gay Frères Bamboo Bracelet

Gay Frères bracelets are the pinnacle of watch bracelet design and engineering. This particular model, the bamboo or ladder style is extremely versatile.

Gay Frères is best known for their Universal Geneve, Audemars Piguet and Rolex branded bracelets from the 60/70's, as well as their standalone bracelets for high end Swiss watches.

Working well on anything from a vintage steel time only dress watch, to a two tone dive it is near impossible to put it on the wrong watch. 

In amazing conditions, the satin finished slightly domed center links contrast beautifully with the flay polished ends. The hallmarks are still sharp, and the end links have not been cut down from their original 21mm width, allowing this piece to be used with a larger size piece. The end links are made in a style befitting both spring bars and fixed lugs, working well with either.

There is no proper clasp, as the bamboo style allows the user almost 4 inches of variability in sizing. Simply press the tab in between the two links on the opposite side wherever it feels like the right fit.
