Returns
DO NOT SEND ITEMS FOR RETURN BEFORE RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS FROM ATELIER VESPOINT. AV HOLDS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITEMS SENT WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL BY AV.
Returns can be made up to 14 calendar days from the original date of purchase. If you inquire past the 14 days, unfortunately Atelier Vespoint can not offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was originally sent by Atelier Vespoint.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Including but not limited to:
- Items sold on sale or at discounted price
- Custom pieces
- Items sold "As Is"
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, as well as a written description of why you would like to return the item.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, without prior inquiry into a return!!
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your card or method of payment, initiated within one week of being accepted.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund after 3-14 business days, first check your account's pending transactions. If there is nothing there, then contact your card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received any information about your refund, please contact us at info@ateliervespoint.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
No exchanges available, if you would like to sell to us or use an item you own to help purchase another, please contact AV at info@ateliervespoint.com for terms and conditions.
Shipping Returns
