Shipping policy

All shipments are packaged for optimal safety of the merchandise, and are sent fully insured, with signature required.

Shipping costs vary depending on the final sale price, and the shipping location. All shipping is done via USPS or FedEx with additional shipping insurance. For international shipping information please see the International Shipping section below.

For US based customers, shipping is calculated at checkout and the cost is dependent on the final price of the sale. 

Orders of $99.99 or less: $12.50 Shipping

Orders from $100 to $999.99: $25 Shipping

Orders from $1,000 and $4,999.99: $50 Shipping

Orders Over $5,000: Free Shipping

International Shipping

Shipping on international items is done through FedEx and a shipping insurance provider. For international shipping questions please reach out directly to info@ateliervespoint.com.

Orders from $0 to $1,499.99: $35 Shipping

Orders from $1500 to $2,999.99: $70 Shipping

Orders from $3000 to $14,999.99: $140 Shipping

Unfortunately Atelier Vespoint cannot take on the costs of duties and fees when shipping internationally. All duties and fees must be considered before purchasing a piece, and must be paid for by the customer. 

Any damages or changes to items during shipping are the responsibility of the courier/shipping service. Atelier Vespoint holds no responsibility after properly packaging and delivering the item safely to the designated courier/service.
